Ice Demon Part 3

Part 3

"Who are you? And how do you know my name?" Claude looked around the hall franticly trying to locate whatever had been talking to him.

"Ahh Claudey boy," the voice giggled in its echo like voice. "When your perants died, and you left for the orphange, you left everthing behind. Heh.. photos, journals, portaits, everything about your life that was writen an captured, we found it." the voice giggled again.

"We? Theres more of you?" Claude's previous fear was replaced by curiosity.

"Ooh yes... and I'm sure he'd be thrilled to know you've come back!" suddenly a dark form appeared at the end of the hall. It smiled and aimed its glowing red eyes at Claude. "Want to meet him?"

Claude gasped at the shadow in his path but nodded slowly to it. He was every curious now. All he wanted was to meet who, or what, had taken over his house.

The shadow turned and walked down the stairs, Claude fallowing at a safe distance. It lead Claude out the back door and down into the storm shelter. It stopped at the door that normaly lead to the wine celler and turned to Claude.

"You must promise not to tell anyone about who you see in here, alright?" The shadow whispered in a hurried tone.

With a single nod from a speechles Claude, the shadow opened the door slowly. At first the room seemed pretty normal. Lit candles sat on crates nearest the door, and shelfves of wine taking up every free space of wall. Arcoss the rather large room it was dark and Claude could just make out a figure sat on a barrel. Several more of the star shapes, as well as other strange sybols, were writen in blood across the floor and along the sides of crates.

"I brought Claude for you." the shadow chimed as it skipped over to the other being. Claude took a few steps after him.

The gruff deep voice of the now standing figure replied, "Good, did you tell him anything?"

"Just about how we knew him, he didnt ask for anything else."

"Very good," the person turned to Claude. "Do you know who i am, Claude?"

"Umm not really... why are you in my house?"

The person chuckled and asked another question, "Do you know what your father did?" instead of waiting for an answer he continued, "Your father was a warlock."

"You mean like a witch?" claude narrowed his eyebrows in confusion. "My dad wasnt-"

"Oh but he was! But unfortunatly you are not."

"And who are you to say this? Who are you to claim my house as your own? Hmm?"

The man stepped into the light revealing a most horrid sight. He had tall sharp white horns sticking out of his short black hair. His skin was a smilar red shade and had the texture in the light of that of scales and a snake like pointed tail flicked around playfully behind him. His purple cat like eyes showed warning as they glared at Claude.

"I am known by many names, but you can call me Lucifer."
